Ina-Garten

Ina Gardner is the author of a number of famous American cooking books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It began in 2002. Ina began her career by working for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget as well as policy papers. She initially found her career interesting and stimulating however she soon lost interest, and purchased a tiny grocery store that was known as Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the shop a massive success she sold it, and then began creating her first novel. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columnists that followed. Meanwhile she also had her own Food Network show was also successful. Her products range from kitchen equipment to ingredients as well as storage containers. Ina has never attended any cooking school and has not worked in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. She is an easy cook, and also for her entertaining manner. Some of her most popular recipes include the Skillet-Roasted lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
